Requirements and Responsibilities
Learns daily operations of the branch office. Receives training in various areas of banking, such as mortgage, consumer and commercial lending, funds acquisition, systems operations, administration, and business development. Receives on the job training by performing banking activities. Management training position. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the Branch Manager. Supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.
