Requirements and Responsibilities For Bond Sales Manager
Manages and leads a group of bond sales officers. Develops marketing and sales initiatives to increase profitability. Oversees the buying and selling of government or corporate bonds and securities. Advises clients on investment options; monitors market conditions to maximize profits for customers and the institution. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 7 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a director.
