Requirements and Responsibilities For Banquet Chef - Casino
Responsible for the activities of banquet kitchen staff. Develops menus and ensures all meals are consistent with contracts. Monitors meal quality and guest satisfaction. May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent and at least 5 years of related experience. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
