Assistant Property Manager II supports the property manager with the day-to-day operations for a property or portfolio of properties. Coordinates routine and emergency maintenance, selecting and managing contractors, and property improvement projects. Being an Assistant Property Manager II tracks budgets, administers leasing, and responds to tenant complaints and requests. May assist with the buying and selling properties in the portfolio. Additionally, Assistant Property Manager II typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Assistant Property Manager II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be an Assistant Property Manager II typically requires 2 -4 years of related experience.
