Requirements and Responsibilities
Directs and develops the creative design and execution of visual communications that convey and represent organization's marketing objectives to the consumer. Provides internal clients with design standards, tools, and guidance on communicating corporate image and identity. Manages the art design and production of all company publications, signage, advertising and branded materials. May engage and manage freelance artists and designers on projects. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. Typically requires 7+ years of related experience and a bachelor's degree.
