Appeal Resolution Specialist

Requirements and Responsibilities
Logs, tracks, and processes appeals and grievances. Contacts customers to gather information and communicate disposition of case. Conducts pertinent research in order to evaluate, respond to, and close appeals. Builds case files for each grievance and ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
