Requirements and Responsibilities For Admitting/Discharge Clerk
Performs a variety of clerical tasks related to patient admission and discharge processes. Fills out admissions and discharge paperwork, ensuring proper documentation of patient activities. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 2-4 years of related experience. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
