Academic Support Coordinator

Requirements and Responsibilities
Assesses students' academic needs and proficiency, assists them in setting goals, connects them to appropriate resources, and provides ongoing support as needed. Coordinates with faculty advisors and staff to provide and support innovative programs that help students succeed. Coordinates tutoring for any students needing remedial instruction or English as a Second Language assistance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
