Requirements and Responsibilities

Total Quality Administrator administers the organization's total quality programs and processes. Develops data collection processes to produce metrics used in the auditing and analysis of processes. Being a Total Quality Administrator tracks and measures quality results. Contributes to training and development of teams to guide continuous improvements. Additionally, Total Quality Administrator incorporates methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen in total quality activities. Typically is certified as Green Belt. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Total Quality Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. To be a Total Quality Administrator typically requires 4-7 years of related experience.
