Stock Plan Administrator III administers the company stock plans. Prepares and provides information to employees about vesting schedules, exercise process and eligibility. Maintains and updates stock databases, prepares reports and performs analysis. Additionally, Stock Plan Administrator III may give input in the development of stock award pools or guidelines.
