Requirements and Responsibilities For Regional Retail Sales Manager
Manages multiple district managers within a geographic region. Adjusts retail sales goals and procedures for each district based on goals set for the whole region. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 12 years of experience in the field. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to the zone manager.
