Requirements and Responsibilities
Recruits qualified applicants to work in a home care facility such as nurses and home health aides. Places advertisements, attends job fairs, and heads in-house recruitment efforts. Performs initial interviews to determine candidate suitability for placement and makes recommendations to hiring managers. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
