Mixes paints and other solutions and monitors drying to ensure desired results. Being a Production Painter III completes finishing with baking, polishing or other materials. Follows all required safety procedures. Additionally, Production Painter III may paint items by hand as needed. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Production Painter III works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. To be a Production Painter III typically requires 3-5 years of related experience.
