Product Engineer II
Also referred to as: Intermediate Level Product Engineer, Level II Product Engineer, Product Engineer II
Requirements and Responsibilities
Responsible for designing and developing a product/product family. Ensures production procedures efficiently utilize materials and personnel. Tests finished product for quality purposes and recommends changes to product specifications as necessary. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
