Requirements and Responsibilities

Midrange Programmer II reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's business applications. Gathers requirements from users and creates specifications and develops code. Being a Midrange Programmer II designs and writes codes to support existing application. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area. Additionally, Midrange Programmer II typically reports to a project leader or manager. To be a Midrange Programmer II typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
