Intellectual Property Attorney II

Requirements and Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing legal documents, reviewing company policies and litigating matters regarding intellectual property. May be responsible for preparing patent or trademark documents, licensing agreements, service agreements, transfer agreements and other contracts or agreements as necessary. Protects the organization's assets in the area of intellectual property. Requires a JD. Typically reports to a manager. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
