Develops and maintains manufacturing routes for maximizing space, efficiency, and effectiveness. Being an Industrial Engineer II ensures compliance with industry safety and design standards and guidelines. Typically requires a bachelor's degree of engineering. Additionally, Industrial Engineer II typically reports to supervisor or manager. The Industrial Engineer II gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
