Foreclosure Specialist maintains current foreclosure status of assigned accounts. Processes foreclosure cases accurately and timely. Being a Foreclosure Specialist calculates and prepares reinstatement, payoff figures and other debt information to attorneys. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Foreclosure Specialist typically reports to a supervisor. The Foreclosure Specialist works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be a Foreclosure Specialist typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
