Requirements and Responsibilities
Designs and delivers training programs for customer service staff. Provides updates and details on new products. Instructs and informs staff about system use and policies/process. Develops team skills in areas of customer service, selling and communication. May track staff performance to assess training effectiveness. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree.
