Customer Service Representative III

Requirements and Responsibilities
Responds to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide non-technical problem resolution. Resolves complex or unusual requests and problems that may require a customized response and communicates solution or requested information to the customer. Analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up or additional information as needed. Provide updates to other internal teams on customer needs and factors that contribute to customer satisfaction. May be assigned to support products that are more complex or critical. May utilize a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a Supervisor or Manager. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience.
